Science Rocket Launch Report - High Altitude Quail: Comet

by Jasmine, Karen, Peining, and Meredith
Dec 2014

When our rocket launched it was very successful. The rocket landed on the playground and the egg survived. Comet (astronaut) made it without a single crack. In flight our parachute ignited and that made our rocket land safely. Peining and Meredith packed our payload well enough to help little Comet survive.

Jasmine and I built the rocket not too heavy or flimsy so that it didn't tilt around and go into the neighbor's yard. Our rocket went up forty two degrees/99 meters and 297 feet high. Even though that was one of the shortest launches it was very successful. Overall it was a great experience and a had fun doing rockets in science class with my friends.
